Flavours of Central India Cookery Course
The state of Maharashtra extends from the bustling coastal capital of Mumbai right to the very centre of modern India. It’s home to numerous dishes and snacks enjoyed throughout India.
The centre piece of this course is a rich, aromatic meat curry accompanied by vegetable sides cooked in the central Indian style and bread.
Underpinning it all will be an exploration of the more intriguing spices, pastes and techniques used by Indian home cooks. A great all round course for the adventurous and curious alike.
