Beginners Indian Cookery Course

This is a step-by-step guide to understanding the key techniques that underpin Indian cooking. Spicing is at the heart of any meal. You’ll explore the range of spices used, their texture and taste, and the techniques used to make fragrant masalas.

We’ll introduce store cupboard ingredients useful to adding interest and flavour to your cooking before working together to create a meal based around a rich chicken curry, easy vegetables sides and an aromatic rice dish.

The skills learned here can be used to make a swift and impressive meal any day of the week.
