The Indian store cupboard contains many interesting ingredients that allow home cooks to add depth, tang and richness to their dishes. We'll reveal how to use them to create dishes not commonly found outside the family home. The centre piece of this course is a mutton ‘rassa’, a typical hot Maharashtrian curry, and to go with it a choice of Indian vegetables, either stuffed or cooked in the central Indian style. All our courses are hands on and nothing is more so than making bread. You'll be making chapatis to accompany your meal and a dessert to round things off.
