In this class you'll learn how to blend spices to create fragrant masalas and key pastes. Then you'll work together in teams to create a meal based around a rich chicken curry, a potato dish, two vegetable sides and perfect aromatic rice.
Course time: 11am to 3.30pm, lunch included. Course is hands on and concludes with a meal of the dishes cooked
