Indian cuisine is a vegetarian paradise – the great thing is you don’t need to be a vegetarian to enter it!

Spicing is central to all Indian cooking and you’ll learn how to mix and blend spices to flavour dishes that can be adapted to suit all sorts of seasonly available vegetables.

Propping up any good meal is dal. Thick, runny, tangy or plain, no meal is complete without it. In this rice based course we’ll explore the range of pulses used by home cooks to make dals and other dishes.

This really is healthy eating you’ll want to taste again and again. Suitable for Vegans too!
