From tropical to temperate, the climate of India supports a cornucopia of vegetables. As well as being the family state of Spice Monkey, central Indian flavours are a treasure house especially now some of those vegetables are available in Britain.
You’ll also discover spice ingredients used to enhance savouriness and create tang, and learn cooking techniques less commonly found outside the Indian home.
Along with spicy breads, this is the course for anyone looking to expand their repertoire.
