Indian cuisine has always provided a nutritious and satisfying home for vegetarians so it's no surprise that it caters brilliantly for vegans too.
On this course we'll show how Indian store cupboard staples can yield protein rich meals, cook with typical Indian vegetables, create a chunky meat free biriyani and make a pickle.
Along with tangy, aromatic daal you'll learn at least 5 items and of course you don't have to be a vegan to join in!
Course duration: 11am to 3.30pm, including lunch. Course is hands on and concludes with a meal of the dishes cooked.
