Street Food and Snacks

India is a nation of snackers. Everyone has a favourite street vendor where they can stop by and grab a tasty bite to eat whether it's deep fried savouries or small plates topped with chili, tangy sauces. We'll be drawing from regional classics such as the falafel-like South Indian vada, Nepalese steamed dumplings (momos), Gujurati lentil cakes, a Maharashtrian rice dish that's perfect for unexpected guests, as well as classics like onion bhajias and chevda (Bombay Mix).
