Street Food and Snacks

India is a nation of snackers. Everyone has a favourite street vendor where they can stop by and grab a tasty bite to eat.

We'll be drawing from regional classics such as the falafel-like South Indian vada, a Gujurati lentil cakes and a Maharashtrian rice dish that's perfect for unexpected guests, as well as classics like onion bhajias and chana chaat. 

Of course no snacks are complete without toppings and we'll be making two classic chutneys and a zingy spice blend to sprinkle over.

If you love hosting parties or just catering for friends and family then this is the course for you.

Course duration: 11am to 4pm. This is our only take away course but with plenty to snack on!
