Student Curries

It can be tough being a student, eeking out your money to try and feed yourself healthy food that's quick to make and tasty to eat. In Student Curries we'll explore how using just a few key spices can transform everyday ingredients into dishes that are delicious, nutritious and budget friendly. We'll show you how to get the most out of your fresh herbs and spices, cook with ingredients that are versatile and make simple but tasty bases for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. You'll also make an exciting rice dish and fresh bread. So if you are aged between 16 and 21, heading off to Uni or preparing to leave home for the first time, join us for a fun day learning skills that will last you a lifetime. Courses are run during school and college holidays only.
