The Punjab has given Britain some of it's most famous Indian dishes.
Robust and packed with flavour, in this course we'll show you how to create some of these much loved classics.
The day will centre around Butter Chicken with an insight into tandoori marinades while the sides will draw from dishes such as aloo gobi, baingan bharta, chole, saag and makhni dal. And of course freshly made naan bread.
Duration: 11am to 4pm. Course is hands on and concludes with a meal of the dishes cooked.
