You'll learn how make dishes less commonly found outside the Indian home in ways which will turn them from 'sides' into centre pieces.
It's also perfect for paneer lovers! We'll show you how to make paneer that's soft, creamy and tangy - not at all like the hard, rubbery shop bought variety.
A brilliant course for the culinary curious but as with all our courses you don't need any previous Indian cooking skills!
Course time: 11am to 4pm, lunch included. Course is hands on and concludes with a meal of the dishes cooked.
