Spicing is central to all Indian cooking and you'll learn how to mix and blend spices to create dishes that can be adapted to suit all sorts of seasonly available vegetables.
At the heart of any good meal is dal - thick, runny, tangy or plain, no meal is complete without it. In this rice based course we’ll explore the range of techniques used by home cooks to make flavourful dishes.
Duration: 11am to 3.30pm, includes lunch. Course is hands-on and concludes with a meal of the dishes cooked.
