Simply Vegan Cookery Course
Indian cuisine has always provided a nutritious and satisfying home for vegetarians so it’s no surprise that it caters brilliantly for vegans too.
On this course we’ll draw on Indian store cupboard staples to make satisfying protein rich meals, cook with typical Indian vegetables, create simple, flavourful chutneys and make a chunky meat free biriyani.
Along with tangy, aromatic daal you’ll learn at least 5 items and of course you don’t have to be a vegan to join in!
