Taste of the Punjab – Vegetarian

Enjoyed throughout India, Punjabi vegetarian dishes are just as popular as their meat counterparts.

On this course you’ll turn milk into cheese into one of the paneer classics – muttar, palak or sizzling paneer tikka.  Alongside this will be 3 other dishes from smoky roasted aubergine to creamy dal plus a real family favourite  – stuffed breads.
