Linking to the site
You may link to any part of the site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, patronage, approval or endorsement where none exists without first obtaining our consent.
You assume full responsibility for the protection of your computer system including computer hardware, software and stored data on your computer system including hardware, software and stored data of third parties who may access or be otherwise connected to your computer system. You will assume the responsibility of ensuring that those programs or other data downloaded or otherwise received from or via the Website are free from viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature. We would recommend that you run up-to-date anti-virus and/or Internet security programs on any of your computers that are connected to the Internet.
You must take reasonable precautions to prevent the fraudulent use of your security details including any password (whether chosen by you or by us), and you must notify us in the event that you suspect a third party has obtained your security details.
Course attendees are responsible for informing Spice Monkey Cookery School of any allergies they may have when they book on to a Spice Monkey course. Allergenic ingredients used on courses include garlic, peanut, sesame, poppy seeds, wheat and rice.
Gift vouchers are valid on any Spice Monkey course available within 9 months from the date of purchase.
Once a course is booked, either directly or using a gift voucher, Spice Monkey will require two weeks cancellation notice if the attendee can not keep to that date. A course can only be cancelled once but Spice Monkey will accept a named guest as a replacement if necessary.
