Beyond Beginners Vegetarian Indian Cookery Course
If you want to expand your range of vegetarian dishes, perhaps even encounter some new vegetables, then this is the course for you!
We’ll be making and cooking paneer, preparing typical Indian vegetables and making bread to eat with your meal.
You’ll also discover spice ingredients used to enhance savouriness and create tang, and learn cooking techniques less commonly found outside the Indian home.
