Indian cuisine is a vegetarian paradise – the great thing is you don’t need to be a vegetarian to enter it!

Spicing is central to all Indian cooking. On this course you’ll taste and blend spices as well as learn how to structure your dishes using them.

Propping up any vegetarian meal is dal. Thick, runny, tangy or plain, no meal is complete without it. We’ll be sneaking in seasonally available vegetables into our dal.  This really is healthy eating you’ll want to taste again and again. Suitable for Vegans too!
